Many, if not most solar companies in the industry allow their sales reps to determine the price of each solar system they sell. This means that the sales rep is probably looking at the area that you live in, the valuation of your home, what kind of car you drive, and even how green your grass is before they provide you with a quote.

More often than not, we hear from our customers that another solar company wouldn’t even give a ballpark price as to what a solar system would cost over the phone or by email.  In this day and age, it is becoming more and more popular to shop online before going to a store, so why should solar be any different?

At New Day Solar, we pride ourselves in our transparency. We offer sample pricing for three different system sizes on our website which are reflected below, but we also offer other types of solar panels and ground mounted solar systems. The biggest differences in pricing is going to be the type of roof you have, if you would like battery back-up, or if you choose a ground mounted solar system. With that being said, every home is slightly different. We may need to charge a little more to move or replace a vent on your roof, to upgrade your main electrical service panel, or you may ask for some additional electrical work. All of that will come at a custom price, BUT again, we are transparent and will give you those itemized prices up front.

Another piece of the pricing puzzle is which type or wattage range of solar panels would be best for your home.  Some solar panels produce more power per square foot and have better warranties. These premium solar panels cost more to you, because they are more costly to us!

Our biggest source of business is referrals from our customers and customer satisfaction is extremely important to us!
