A standout in the team was Matt, who truly exceeded my expectations. His meticulous attention to detail was impressive. He took the extra step to repaint the conduit so it would blend seamlessly with our house’s exterior. Additionally, he proactively replaced some breakers, even though it wasn’t part of the original scope of work, which I found incredibly thoughtful.
What truly set Matt apart was his sharp observation skills. While working on the side of our house, he noticed a gas odor that I hadn’t detected, as I rarely visit that part of the property. Acting on his observation, I called the gas company, and they confirmed there was a leak. Matt’s attentiveness may have prevented a potentially hazardous situation.
